Temple Town's Kochi flagship occupies 8,000 square feet across two floors of a renovated traditional Kerala house, inside the Museum of Kerala History at Edappally.
It is less a showroom than a house you can walk through — furniture arranged in rooms rather than ranks, alongside the art, textiles and antiques collected over twenty-seven years.
What we do in Kochi
Interior design for apartments and residences. Much of our Kochi work is high-rise — penthouses and sea-facing apartments where the light is strong and the floorplan is fixed. That is a different problem from a Thrissur bungalow, and it is designed differently.
Bespoke furniture. Made in our Thrissur workshop, delivered and installed in Kochi. Dimensions, finish and cane specification altered on commission.
Sourcing and curation. Antique doors, colonial pieces, textiles and art, collected across India and placed with intent.

Designing for a Kochi apartment
Three things recur in this city and shape what we make.
Salt air. Sea-facing apartments are hard on finishes and hardware. Solid teak and brass handle it; veneer and cheap plating do not.
Strong light. Glass-heavy high-rises take far more light than a traditional house. It is often the reason to go darker rather than lighter — we have finished Kochi kitchens in dark cabinetry precisely because the light gives it something to work against.
Fixed floorplans. You cannot move a wall in a tower. Proportion and built-in storage do the work that architecture would do elsewhere.
